Refine your Journey: Mind and Emotions

Could you think back to all those times you've gotten a bit of trouble? Can you think back to those situations where you look at them now to say to yourself what the heck were you thinking? But if there's one thing that stands out amongst all those situations that have happened in the past it was that, you put your emotions first and responded based on those emotions. Any regrets? I am most certain there are. So if there's one thing you can do to refine your journey it would be to do whatever you to get your mind over your Emotions. But how-do-you-do that in the moment when things are going a mile a minute? How-do-you-do that when you're in the heat of the moment and your face-to-face with someone who has hurt you or disrespected you? Did you ever remember to think of it as a game between you opponent where every rise they get out of you, it's a win? In this situation, the rise out of you is a sign of your weakness and their manipulation. Don't fall for it. You have nothing to prove! You know who you are! Don't think that getting the last laugh is your win because when the dust settles will you have peace? Were you able to move forward or were you able to get a laugh out of it ? Dwelling on negative toxic experiences keeps you in a place where you don't want to be .
If you want to move forward with your day and your life and your goals you have to stay in a high vibrational state.. You have to stay away from negative toxic feelings of anger, jealousy, pessimism, and non-constructive criticism because that's definitely a way to go nowhere fast for the day .
How do you turn that around? Here's the answer . Get your mind over your emotions And take a pause during negative and toxic situations And stop talking. . Plead the 5th on your life Because The outcome is not gonna move you anywhere forward or be in a place that you want to be . Have you heard about anger taking Several hours to get out of your system? So what do you think this does to your focus for the day? It throws you off. To refine your journey you don't want to be in that throwoff state. You want to do whatever you can to stay focused on where you need to be . Where you need to be is it a high vibrational state of feeling hopeful, happy, grateful, forgiving. Create a schedule and complete your tasks one by one in a focused state. Multitasking is a myth! Don't fall into that trap lol!
So on that note And I know it's hard But take a pause And don't talk. You're an intelligent person and you could get a pretty good idea if the conversation is going to go anywhere or is it about getting the last laugh. Again, don't fall into that trap. Because if it's that kind of conversation don't waste your time because it's gonna come back on you and stifle your focus for the day.

-Avoid toxic people
-If you encounter a toxic conversation, take a pause and be silent because getting a rise out of you is the "game". Don't fall for the trap.
-Get your mind over your emotions and remain in a high vibrational state.
-Create a schedule. Do highly focused tasks. Multitasking is a myth.
