This was me then and this was me after taking Zumba Fitness Classes and lost weight and lowered my body fat.. I actually went up to 210 lbs before I decided to finally do something about it. Now I got pregnant after my daughter of 12 years and gained 40 pounds. Now I have to do it all over again. But you know what? I'm not afraid because I won't make the same mistake I made last time of waiting 4 years to do anything about it.
